If the Mail app wasn't so notoriously bad at syncing and delivering notifications, I'd have used the Mail app too. Now, I've [given up on generic email apps altogether recently](https://youtu.be/4SIBQqzh9sU?ref=birchtree.me), but I agree with Charlotte here, Mail seems to work really well for a lot of people.
