Bryan Bishop has a nice write up on feeling unabashed joy for something. Negativity often wins out on the internet, and it can be hard to say “I love this thing!” You're probably going to have to deal with people telling you how stupid you are for liking that thing you love. You'll be told how something else is totally superior and that you shouldn't be wasting your time with this trash.

It's an exhausting world to live in, frankly.

I love loving things, and sometimes I think that makes me a bad fit for much of the internet. I don't bitch much on Twitter, I tend to [review](http://static1.squarespace.com/static/558e2322e4b0f74ef3e717b7/558ea28be4b08a526530b76c/558ea2a9e4b08a526530c312/1435411113558/?format=original&ref=birchtree.me) products that I enjoy (at least to some extent), and I have a weekly post called “[Goodies](http://static1.squarespace.com/static/558e2322e4b0f74ef3e717b7/558ea28be4b08a526530b76c/558ea2a9e4b08a526530c315/1435411113579/?format=original&ref=birchtree.me)” for god's sake!

If you love something, just go with it, you'll be fine.
