My first app, [Today's Forecast](https://forecast-app.com/?ref=birchtree.me), on the App Store was released 7 days ago and I'm still catching up on sleep and emails as we roll into week two. There is lots to do when releasing an app, and I wanted to take a few minutes and talk about some of the surprises I've had so far.
