[Craft announced version 2.0 yesterday](https://www.craft.do/s/lEjdSXBpq9jSgg?ref=birchtree.me), and there's a lot there, but the most exciting thing to me was an open framework for developers to build their own extensions for the app called [Craft X](https://www.craft.do/s/OhmDYXrBwI2wZS?ref=birchtree.me). I'll have much more on this soon, but I think that these give Craft the ability to really accellerate as a product in the future.

Craft X is in developer beta now, and one of the new extensions happens to let you post to a [Ghost](https://ghost.org/?ref=birchtree.me) site from Craft, so of course that's how I wrote and published this post 😉
