I don't generally like old games unless they were made by Nintendo. I try to play games like Baulder's Gate and I just can't get into them. I don't have a problem watching old movies or old books, but I just don't think that most games age gracefully.

Despite all that, I did buy Grim Fandango for PS4 this week and am actually digging it. I can't tell you what drew me to this game in particular, either. Maybe it's just the complete lack of new games coming out right now. Either way, I like the game, but I will admit that I am playing with a guid open on my iPad, ready to get me through any spots that are particularly annoying. I haven't had to use it much, but it has gotten me though a couple spots in just the first 2 hours that would have had me rage-quitting the game out of frustration.

I'm taking a break, but will definitely be jumping back in this week. I've got to beat it before February 20 when The Order 1886 comes out.
