PSN down following PS4 firmware update, Sony investigating (emphasis mine)

@AskPlayStation suggests: "Disconnect your router and console from the power source for 3 minutes, reconnect them and try to access again." Why should we have to even do this?

As I said a couple weeks ago, I'm not even surprised when I see headlines like this anymore.
