My Home Screens: June 2015

I don’t know about where you live, but it’s really starting to feel like summer now, and I could not be more excited about it! The sun is out, I can run every morning without worrying about it being freezing out there, and everyone just seems to be in a great mood.
In that spirit, let’s talk home screens!

What’s new?

YouTube has replaced ProTube. YouTube changed their API and subscriptions stopped working in ProTube, so I switched to the official app for a while. I got used to using YouTUbe’s built in “watch later” feature and now actually find it is a great way to queue up videos to watch later.

Spark is my new email app. It’s fast, easy to use, and supports all of my different email providers. I left Outlook behind. but still think it’s a great app. If Spark has some underlying problems I haven’t come across yet, I’ll be going right back to Outlook.

Watch Face: Utility

I’m really just playing around with the options right now, and I’ve settled on Utility and Chronograph as my favorite faces. Utility is a little simpler and fits my taste right now.

Complications

Activity because I’m obsessed with filling my rings.

Temperature because I have an irrational need to know at all times.

Timer because I set a ton of timers. This is one of my favorite (albeit tiny) thing about the Apple Watch.
