Stephen Fry is taking a break from Twitter.

I do not attend at all to Direct Messages. Apologies to those friendly types who leave DMs for me, but I’m afraid they won’t be read. It is simply impossible for me even to look at them, let alone respond to them, and have anything close to a life. I am sure you understand.

A good reminder that having a robust "Twitter presence" maybe isn't something you need to obsess over. Some people have the ability to spend hours a day head down in the Twitter app, but that's not for everyone. And if Twitter is stressing you out, it's fine to take a little time off.
