Whew, it's been quiet around here lately! Well fear not, because it's about to get loud.

I thoroughly enjoyed my Thanksgiving break, but it's time to get back to work. I spent the last few days recreating the look and feel of the site on Statamic and I’m shockingly far along considering I started the project on Friday. It’s certainly more work up front, but I’m making something that’s truly mine. Outside of using Foundation as a base and Statamic itself to assemble the parts, every line of code is mine. More to come on this.

Next, I’m working on what the focus for the next year of this site will be. I’ve landed on a few things and will be sharing those in the coming weeks. If you’ve been following along, you probably won’t be very surprised though.

This week is going to be a bit of a “how-to week” here at BirchTree. The first one is about unofficial Apple Watch bands, which should be up later this morning.

This is going to be fun.
