David Fincher has what looks like another great movie coming out today, so this is a timely look at Fincher's style. This is the latest in Tony Zhou's series, Every Frame a Painting.

I think I've taken David Fincher for granted. Seven, Fight Club, Zodiac, The Social Network, and House of Cards[^1] are masterpieces that I still think about and quote to this day. The little things he does with the camera and a little bit of staging is really fantastic.
