This thing is an HTC One M8 through and through, down to its exact looks and most of the specs of the original. The only difference will be the introduction of a 13 megapixel camera sensor on the rear as opposed to HTC’s oft-criticized UltraPixel sensor.
My only real complaint about my current HTC One M8 is the camera, so the fact that this phone will fix that issue is only good news. The current One gets surprisingly good pictures out of its 4MP shooter, so I would expect them to do some great stuff with a much more respectable 13MP to play with.
Outside of the new Moto X, this new One looks like it will be the Android phone to get.
